Rosary nailart

I've been dying to wear this manicure. Black and white are classics, bold and eye catching. I laid snow me white as my base/main color then painted my rosary on with black on black. I used Sinful colors polishes this entire look. The brush I used came in a set I bought from Michael's. I love this simple yet interesting look. My rosary was cool but I was off and didn't eyeball the space for my cross accurately, all my art is free-hand.

Rainbow fish inspired manicure

Sick in bed so I am being fed comfort food and watching cartoons. Always during these times I track back to my childhood. Growing up one of my all time love was a book called The Rainbow Fish. Today I was inspired by the little fish from the book so to my canvases I went! I couldn't locate any of my holo polishes at the moment so I used my recent gifts for this look. Avon nailpro in fuchsia, decadence, and lagoon. I also used a Finger Paints polish in Go Van Gogh! Handmade painted with the brushes they came with was how I did each color. Had to clean the sides a bit but that was it. First try so I can only get better with practice! :)

Designing is my stress relief

To keep calm or find my inner peace after some chaos I can be found painting. For my nail art I use polish, nail paints, acrylic paints from crafts stores, and loose glitters. Nail art shouldn't be restricted, each client is different so I cater to their taste. I hate to so no so every nail trend I will try just ask. I will show you five designs done by hand. I use Kolinsky brand brushes, Loew-Cornell(inexpensive good quality), stripers, and no name Michael's value pack brushes. Animal print, line designs, dots, cartoon inspired images, and flowers are just a few designs I have mastered. Light strokes is the secret ;).

Gel full set

Three clients today it was great. Everyone's nails came out well. I took a picture of the birthday girl I worked on today. She was ecstatic. I did a full gel set using Gelish products with clear tips. The polish I used was Spoiled & Brash stripers. For the leopard print I used a dotting tool for the entire design. The client chose the colors and design.

Sally Hansen Nailart Pen (blue)

A friend actually gave me this pen. Pros east to use, fun, and no mess. Cons pen dries out fast, pen may bleed, "paint" needs dry time, and smears if water gets on the art. I like the pens for small details but not for the price and cons. I say save your $$. They're ok not a great investment.

Lipstick Nailart

Lippies... Who doesnt love to wear lipstick at least once in their life? Well I for one love lipsticks, the bright the better! One of my favorites is Revlon Matte lipstick in Strawberry Suede. I was inspired by my lippy loves so here is my first attempt of lipstick Nailart. (items used: Essie in licorice and olé caliente, wet n' wild coloricon white, Kiss Nailart paint in pink glitter, and lastly art deco black striper)

This was not hard to create and took me less than 5 mins. No top coat used.

Halloween look one.. Yes already

I love Halloween, the whole concept but my favorite parts are the decorations and costumes! I'm very much into the pop-characters of all kinds so here is a mani I did today just to get the "juices flowing". I also included a picture of all items and polishes I used for this look.
