Maybelline Color Show Denim Dash (my 1st)

CVS was having a fabulous sale and I so happen to accidentally stumble upon this awesome event. I nabbed my first Color Show polish for 50% off plus I had a manufacturer coupon for $1.00 off, I paid less than a dollar for this! Color Show is adorable. I love the cute little bottle and variety of fun colors Maybelline has been releasing. Honestly though I want all of these colors BUT at a good deal. The polishes are only 7ml, usually for this retail price ($2.95-$3.95ea), I normally pay close to this price but for 14-15ml double the size of these bottles. This blue is vibrant with a mix of very fine silver shimmer throughout. This polish should be applied quickly, it can lay uneven, I did two coats to be safe. The pictures are taken at night I will add a daylight image tomorrow. This dries a satin-matte, I'm in love. I'm a year late, lol so what, but I finally got it!! A must have indeed I haven't seen a polish similar or like this from other brands yet. Happy buy definitely.

OPI Euro Collection (2pcs)

The Euro Collection is awesomely opaque, I love that, and colors are trendy buy not too bold. This trip I picked up My Vampire Is Buff & I Saw.. U Saw.. We Saw.. Marsaw. Like most OPI formulas these polishes lay even, coverage is excellent two coats, and entire manicure dries in ten mins. My ring finger was accented with little dots ( I used a new GUM floss/pick end) in Sinful Colors' Super Star. I never use a top coat if I do I will advise which one I used for each look/swatch.

Femme Couture palette 827830

This palette is on sale at Sally's for $4.49. I suggest wearing this with a base or eyeshadow primer. The neutral top row especially needs a base, maybe NYX milk. It goes on smooth powder finish with a hint of sparkle. The plum like color is my favorite, 2nd row 2nd square in. The palette has no name and no shadow labels either. Eight shadows for under $5? Deal!!

CND me finally!

After a very long wait I finally had the guts to do a mani sammich as some calls it. Basically you apply a color then add a fun glitter on top them layer on another coat of color and repeat to your liking. I've been dying to us Trust Fund Baby so I had to try it out. I love this subtle but fun mani. I used Cheeky its a creamy off white. Recently broke a few nails so sorry for the nubs but this is too fun to not share. It's my first sandwich polish mani but I doubt it's my last!

Icing After Party

Glitter/confetti polishes are either loved or hated, I for one love them! After Party in two coats over Sally Hansens Café Au Lait (sigh) sophisticated fun in a bottle these two!

Essie & Orly = Love

Dark colors look so sophisticated, I love it. I have on Essie licorice then I added Orly Mermaid Tale on two fingers. Ahh my nails make me smile. Essie has the best black polishes formula out nails down! Smooth easy app and even coverage, two coats. Mermaid tale was surprisingly easy to apply, so much glitter in the bottle I was dreading chunks. It was not chunky and I have two coats on also. Dries even surfaced. No top coat!!

Manis... how often do you change your's?

Gave myself a very detailed cuticle treatment on Tuesday then rocked Sinfulcolors Chromes for two days. Naked nails today except for a swatch of Ulta's Diva, a sheer pink with round holo glitters. I have now felt like I molested my Whimsical bottle from grabbing, twirling, and just holding it multiple times. I am so in love with this creme based polish with awesome sky blue and pink hex and circle glitters. I want a Whimsical mani so bad but I would hate to damage it or ruin it in a short period of time (I have nail clients lined up for the next few days). Le sigh for real... loving this color and polish. I will fight myself for the remainder of the night to see if I can get myself to open this new bottle of Whimsical. My sister also says I'm such a "nail tech", I have different looking nails nearly daily and hardly have two matching hands. Monday I was rocking the chrome mani on my left hand and the sailor inspired look on my right. Well I will post a mani pic by tomorrow even though I have no idea what I want to wear on my nails yet. Also I'm waiting on my Zoya Zang Toi package!! :/
