Target has awesome sales. I caught their latest one on Revlon Top Speed polishes. I scored Cupid and Cloud for an awesome $2.27 each. Here's a swatch of Cupid two coats with no top coat. It does live up to it's claim of fast drying. Under 5 mins two coats manicure.
A magenta with gold shimmer throughout. Smooth formula, 2 coats is more than enough, it's fast dry like it claims. My one hand with two coats each finger took 4mins to dry entirely. I do not use base coats nor top coats for swatches.
Found some Sally Hansen Insta-DRI polish at my local Dollar Tree!! Eek so excited. I've heard these polishes work well with stamping art. Too bad I was only able to locate one. I will be stalking the Dollar Tree often now definitely. Bright colors can help make an outfit to me so I was overjoyed when I found Lightening, an opaque great perfect yellow. Awesome deal for sure cause this polish still sells for $3-$4 at Walmarts!
