  2. I don't own any matte polish- though I think Zoya or Illamasqua have the most interesting finishes. I use Essie Matte About You if I want something matte.

  3. ManGlaze for sure! https://www.facebook.com/ManGlaze/app_184367687735

Avon's velvet line is really nice too.

  5. I haven't really tried many matte polishes. I do have some older Orly "satin" polishes that are really good, which are basically matte.

  6. Firstly, thanks for the giveaway! As for who makes the best mattes, I've only really tried the OPI Suedes. However, from reviews and swatches, I'd say Illamasqua does the best 'non-shiny' finishes.

  20. I haven't used a lot of matte polishes, but have used China Glazes, Matte Magic. I like it, but always find myself wanting shine when I get done. Can't help it...I must be raven. Shine and glitter please! ;)

  21. I have tried a bunch of matte top coats, no true matte polishes though. I have Orly, Butter London, Essie, Hard Candy, and NYC matte tops and I must say Orly's is my favorite one!

  22. I have had good luck with the Avon suede polishes. I know that they are not a true matte, but when you get tired of the matte finish they look beautiful with a glossy topcoat.

  23. I don't usually wear matte polish, but one of my favorites is from Sinful Colors.

  24. I only have a few, China Glaze Stone Cold, one from Avon, and an NYC Matte top coat. I think that NYC one works wonderfully, and dries super quickly!

  25. The only matte polishes I have are from Nabi off eBay and they're really poor quality. Oh, and Julep's Hailee and Brit I think, but I haven't used Brit yet. Hailee lasted me a couple days before chipping, I didn't use the matte top coat. :( I'll try again some other day!

  26. I have only tried Matte Magic by ChG, no complaints

  31. I'm sorry I don't have any matte polish so I can't give you my opinion.

  32. Essie's Matte About You topcoat is the best. It wears longer than just a traditional matte polish.

    ReplyDelete
  33. i have used cherimoya matte nail polishes only and i have to say there super thick. You get the matte look but the polish is super clumpy.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Zoya is my fav go to polish for everything!!!

  35. I am a Sinful fanatic. I have so many of them. It doesn't help that there is a Walgreen RIGHT behind me...lol. One of my favorites is Boom Boom (Matte hot pink).
